General

All commissions may be used and/or posted in examples featured in this Carrd and any outside portfolios. If the commission is to be private, a privacy fee is in order.All commissions (final and WIPs) will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, DeviantART, Artfol, etc. If you do not wish to have your commission posted, please let me know beforehand. Your commission will also be used as a commission example unless informed not to.Artworks on average will take up to 3 months to finish based on queue, size and quality. Please also consider that I am a disabled artist so workflow may be inconsistent!I am allowed to reject any requests that I find it hard to complete, hard to satisfy your expectations, if I am uncomfortable, or cancel halfway due to communication issues.After your commission is finished, you are given two weeks to respond. Otherwise, your commission is assumed to be completed and changes after that are invalid.Do not rush me by asking for updates too frequently. I have the right to cancel your commission.Complex design will be charged an extra 50% on the original price. This will be calculated for you.I cannot do fanart for commercial purposes unless you are the owner or copyright holder of the character in question; including but not limited to games, Roblox, movies/series, published books, Sanrio, Disney, VTuber mascots, etc.Failure to abide any rules stated in this TOS is not my responsibility. Please read carefully.

Authorisation

All artworks bought are for personal uses only. Credit is required if you post to public platforms.Commercial artworks (monetary content & merchandising) will be charged an additional 100% from the original price. Highly recommended to request this via VGen for a commercial license.You are allowed to edit the artwork and request an unwatermarked/transparent version once full payment is completed.When posting to public, use the watermarked version that will be sent to you once the piece is finished.None of the artwork purchased from me can be used in blockchain-related technology nor AI training. Eg: Non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, Midjourney, any generative AI image program.

Payment

International payments (USD) will be done via VGen, PayPal, Kofi or Stripe. I do not accept other methods.Local (Malaysian) payments will be done via e-wallet transfers or bank-transfer only, I will not accept any other payment method to avoid scamming. Payment will be in Ringgit Malaysia. (RM is Malaysian exclusive ONLY)Failure of paying before a week after request confirmation will have your commission slot cancelled, unless informed beforehand. This means that your slot will be removed off the queue until you ask again.Extra characters in the same piece is charged an extra 75% of the original price.Commission prices may change based on complexity.Custom character designs will be charged extra depending on complexity.If you have a deadline shorter than 7 days, a fee will be charged for no more than 20 USD.Major changes (background, concept, character, etc.) will be charged. Does not include design errors, adjustments, etc. Unlimited changes, but please try to tell me all changes possible in one message to avoid wasting my time.Refunds can be done depending on the amount that I have done. You may ask to cancel the commission and/or ask a refund, but if I have already worked on it, you will only get refunded the appropriate amount.Any extra payment sent to me will be automatically considered tipping. Please do not ask me to refund a tip unless it was truly by mistake.

Special TOS

I have the right to decline your commission request if I'm not comfortable or if it is too difficult for me, even if not stated anywhere in this TOS.All Robux prices to USD are on a 100:1 ratio. You may ask for other options that are not listed on this page. (eg: Headshot 17$ = 1700 RBX)All RHD prices to USD are on a 1:2 ratio. (eg: Headshot 17$ = 850k)

(Roblox takes 30% of my earnings, so paying half will cause me to lose more.)My prices are not up for negotiation. They are expensive due to high demand and the amount of effort it takes for me to complete one artwork.Refunds will be done partially and will be calculated for you depending on how much work that has already been done. I cannot refund you if the art is past the colouring stage.Partial refunds are not possible with game items. I am only able to fully refund you if there is no progress given. If urgent, it's negotiable based on item value.All set prices stated below are sketches only. Please refer to my other prices for other options.General TOS still applies to this commission type.Upon commissioning me, you have read everything in this TOS and agree to it. Payment

I will not take any other form of payment method. If I do other game currencies, I will make a separate price sheet and it will not be permanent.Robux payments will be done via group shirts or group transaction. Please feel free to ask me if you are confused as to how this works!RHD/RHI will be taken via Royale High. I have multiple proof of finished commissions, and I don't prefer using middlemen.I will not under any circumstances go first and payment is to be expected upfront, even if you are trusted or a middleman.If you offer any items or halo with no set in-game currency value (eg: toy items, halos), I will use Traderie as a reference. Keep in mind I choose items based on aesthetic more than value, and may reject your offer.
